Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website.
Whilst we will do our best to deliver your goods within the times stated above during busy periods and sale this may take longer than expected, we thank you for your patience should this occur.
Exchange & Refunds
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At MMSeven we operate a no-fuss return policy, however, we need you to return your goods within 7 days of receipt in which case we will refund you the amount that has been paid for the product only as long as the product is returned in it's original condition with tags attached and unworn. No exceptions unfortunately.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you the shipping fee and you must pay for the return fee.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 5 working days when we are very busy.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
Simply get in touch with us via 'contact us' page and fill in the form and explain why you want to return your item. We will instruct you on where to send your products for a refund, please make sure you will send the products back via tracked as if the parcel gets lost we will not be responsible to refund you.
If your item has been returned damaged and this may have been caused by the courier we will advise you to get in touch with the courier to claim compensation through them.
